Free Online Movie Screening of Right To Harm
A free link to watch Right To Harm from the comfort of your own home.
"Through the riveting stories of five rural communities, RIGHT TO HARM exposes the devastating public health impact factory farming has on many disadvantaged citizens throughout the United States. Filmed across the country, the documentary chronicles the failures of state agencies to regulate industrial animal agriculture. Known formally as Concentrated Animal Feeding Operations – or CAFOs – these facilities produce millions of gallons of untreated waste that destroys the quality of life for nearby neighbors. Fed up with the lack of regulation, these disenfranchised citizens band together to demand justice from their legislators."

We can provide detailed instructions on how to download and use Zoom to clear up any confusion.

Due to privacy concerns we will not post the meeting link publicly and will only send it around to those on our email list.
Candlelight Vigil with Chief Quiet Bear to Protect Sacred Native American land
Join Chief Quiet Bear and Sussex Health & Environmental Network for a candlelight vigil to protect sacred Native American land.
We are holding a candlelight vigil on Sunday, February 9th from 5:30-6:30 pm at 36341 Old Mill Bridge Road, Frankford, DE 19945
***Due to rain the parking at the site is very limited.
Therefore we recommend that all of us park at
BP Gas Station at the corner of Rt.20 and Rt.54
and carpool from there.
l will be there with my car from 5:00 to 5:30 [ in my yellow vest] to direct people and bring them over to the site of the vigil. This sacred and environmentally sensitive land is being threatened by the proposal for The Old Mill Landing Development Project. This is an important Sussex County issue. Come show your support and shed light on this pressing issue.
